The short version. We collect the least we can: your email, what you bought, and — if you take the setup lane — the answers you give on the setup form. We never ask for and never store your account size, your balance, your broker password, or your API keys. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we run no advertising or tracking pixels on this site. If you want your data gone, email us and it's gone.

Who we are

Derek Frazier LLC ("we," "us") operates cyclicalmarkets.com and sells the Cycle Pass. Contact: info@cyclicalmarkets.com.

What we collect, and why

Your email address — when you download the free book, buy a Pass, ask a question, or submit the setup form. It is how we deliver what you asked for and how we reach you about your purchase.

Purchase details — which product you bought, when, and the amount. We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; your card data goes to them, not to us.

Setup-form answers (Done-With-You buyers) — your operating system, whether NinjaTrader 8 is installed, whether you can install software, what you trade or plan to trade, what you want working, your experience level, your time zone, and anything you tell us is already broken. That is the complete list, and it exists so we can help you set the tools up.

Questions you ask us — messages you send to the "Ask the Desk" assistant, the setup assistant, or the support box are stored so a person can review them and answer you. The assistants are AI and say so on screen.

A token in your own browser — after purchase, your access token is stored in your browser's localStorage so the site knows your Pass is active. It stays on your device. Clearing your browser removes it, and you can restore access yourself with the email you paid with.

What we will never ask for

We will never ask for your account size, account balance, broker password, API keys, or account credentials — not on a form, not on a call, not in a message, not ever. If anyone asks you for those in our name, it is not us. We also never take custody of funds and never place trades in anyone's account.

Who we share it with

Only the services required to run the business: Stripe (payments), our application host(Base44, which stores the app's data), and our email delivery provider. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We will disclose information if the law requires it.

Email

If you download the free book, you receive a short welcome sequence about the method and, at the end, one mention of what we sell. Every email has an unsubscribe path and we honor it promptly — reply STOP or use the link. Transactional messages (your receipt, your access links, support replies) are sent because you bought something and are not marketing.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept as long as the business needs them for accounting. Leads and questions are kept until you ask us to remove them. If you request a refund, your access is ended and your Pass record is marked accordingly.

Your choices

Email info@cyclicalmarkets.com and ask to see what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will do it. There is no form to fill out and no hoops — a plain request is enough.

Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers on this site. The only thing stored on your device is the access token described above and ordinary session data required for the site to function.

Children

This site and these products are for adults. They are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting buyers will be sent by email.
